Install PapyrusUtil and move it down in MO left panel, until it wins all conflicts with files above it. Make sure to update PapyrusUtil, when it gets updated. When updating mods, do not allow them to overwrite it when asked.

Solution: Problems are usually caused by old version winning conflict against new version integrated to another mod, so allowing PapyrusUtil to win all conflicts will usually solve the problem.
